Health Concerns

New York State Law: Prior to start of school we must have on file the health records of your child.

If your child does not seem well, has a temperature, diarrhea, vomiting, undiagnosed rash, thick nasal discharge, or discharging eyes or ears please do not bring him/her to the Center.

Our Policy for taking children outdoor is - if your child is well enough to come to school, he/she is well enough to go outdoors.

Please inform the teachers personally of any allergies (especially food) your child may have. This information is also required on the health record.

Due to the possibility of illness or injury during school hours, it is essential that all emergency information be kept up-to-date at all times.

Any change of address, phone number, doctor's name and emergency contact person must be reported immediately to the Center's office.
